What kind of changes you ask? So many people are pressured into eating based on convenience and budget. Believe me, I understand living paycheck to paycheck and trying to get the most food for the buck. Unfortunately, 'most food for the buck' usually is at the expense of healthiness.

I like to to explore different flavors and ingredients and expand my culinary repertoire, but at the end of the day, what I want to present to you are a variety of recipes that I will make for my own family.  My goal:  to take great sounding recipes and modify them into healthier options without sacrificing flavor. Hence... My Recipe Remix.
